Excess fat in the body could raise the risk of heart diseases, high blood pressure and many other complications. Not only for looking beautiful but also staying healthy and happy it is necessary to keep your body fit. It also looks odd when you wear tight clothes and causes embarrassment. So it is high time to get a slim and beautiful figure. The most common causes of gaining fat are eating so much junk food, Intake of heavy food and then go to bed, Genetics & Lack of physical activity in daily routine.

The first important things that you have to avoid is eating junk food. “Ow!! It’s impossible. I can’t avoid those yummy food. You’re thinking it, right”? But for gaining something, you must have to be determined.


Drink pure water as much as you can. . Start drinking water whenever you feel hungry untimely. On empty stomach in the morning drink warm water with one squeezed lemon to hasten the weight loss process.Drinking two liters of water daily also helps to ward off the effects of constipation. You can also drink herbal tea, soy milk and juice to improve the hydration levels in your body.   Egg is loaded with plenty of vitamins and contains calcium, zinc, iron, phosphorus, omega-3, etc. All these helps in burning the belly fat. So, grab an omelette in the morning for a flat belly. Avoid fruit juice cause after processing they are high in sugar but you can drink home made juice. In the morning, you can take 1 tablespoon of honey and squeezed lemon with lukewarm water in a glass. Then drink it on empty stomach .Eat vegetables to help you feel full. Eat slowly and stop eating before you feel full. Start applying this habit in your own life by paying close attention to how your body feels as you eat.  When your body starts communicating that it is now satisfied, stop eating. Eating too much can negatively affect your plans to lose weight. When you don’t watch how much you eat, you’ll gain weight instead of losing it.Get tempting foods out of your home.  Eat 5 – 6 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism high and to avoid cheating.

Don’t skip meals & always try to stay busy.

Dieting gets rid of fat, but it does not create a stunning body – exercise does. For exercising, you don’t need to go gymnasium. You can exercise at home.  Exercise will improve muscle tone and increase your metabolism. Exercise will help counteract that decrease, as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness and general health. Try a weight loss exercise plan based around cardio.Pace yourself. Don’t do too much, too soon — work your way up to help prevent injury. Exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people’s metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. So go for evening walk. Before going to sleep at night, do some simple exercise for 10-15 minutes. So be determined from now. You can get a skinny figure by following those simple steps.
